If you’ve been following my Friday posts this month (or if you follow me on Instagram), you know I participated in the Modern Modesty Fall Fashion Challenge. This was my first time to do anything like this, and I’m so glad I did! The prompts really helped me to find new and fun outfits from the things in my closet every day. I thought I’d mix up my usual Friday routine and dedicate today to sharing my top 5 favorite outfits from the #modmodfallchallenge. Here they are!
Yeah, I wear blue and turquoise A LOT…and I have only one pose. Ha!
If your wardrobe needs inspiration, look up a fashion challenge on Instagram or a fashion blog you like, and jump in! If you’re not comfortable posting daily selfies (it is a little scary at first!), send pics to your friend or sister – just for fun! I’m going to re-wear most of October’s outfits in November, so it will be a while before I take another challenge. 🙂

I love the polka dot blouse! I wear a lot of black myself as my hair is gray now. I read that Jamie Lee Curtis has only khaki, white and black in her wardrobe! Easy to pull an outfit together but I would like some color every now and then.

I wear a lot of the same colors too. Navy Blue is a big one and black of course! No shame in picking a few favorite colors in my book. 🙂 Love your outfits! Have a great Halloween!
