Summer is such a fun season to shop for groceries! The deals aren’t as amazing, but I love coming home with loads of fresh produce. In this week’s grocery haul, I’ll share the deals I found as well as the ingredients for my favorite summer lunch!
This week we’re also trying to ease out of the strictly Paleo diet and into a more balanced one. Thank goodness…it’s almost impossible to feed a picky eater on the Paleo plan!

Yes one of the benefits of living in the south is that neighbors share fresh veggies. I sure wish we had an Ingles Grocery store here. They have some great sales.

One of my requirements when we bought our house was that it had to be close to an Ingles! 🙂

I can’t believe you don’t need milk this week, we go through a minimum 4 gallons a week here! We buy 2 at a time and stop every 3 days or so.

Normally I would – Paul would drink 2 gallons a week if I bought it. He’s still avoiding milk from the Paleo adventure, so we have a little bit of Almond milk he has to finish. Cause it’s expensive and I already bought it. 🙂
