1// I celebrated my two-year blogiversary this week! I stuck a candle in my blueberry muffin and celebrated. 🙂
2// Over the past month or so, I’ve received several nominations and tags for blogger awards. I just want to say THANKS! to all the sweet ladies who have tagged me. I hope you’ll take a minute to visit these awesome blogs!
- Mariah from Faith & Fashion
- Ashley from Peaceful Simple Life
- Brenda from Chatting Over Chocolate
- Sarah from Bows and Clothes
- Seri from Seri’s Blog
- Emily from Queen of the Wilson Household
3// In preparation for our upcoming trip to Walt Disney World, we decided to watch Disney movies in the evening instead of watching our usual shows. We own or have access to LOTS of movies, so I wrote all of them down on scrap card stock and filled a little container with all the choices. We’re taking turns drawing titles – so far we’ve watched Jungle Book (which I haven’t seen since I was a kid and was funnier than I remember) and National Treasure (one of our favorites). It will be fun to see how many we can get through before we leave!
4// Helene In Between offered the most helpful blogging webinar on Wednesday night! I have never heard anyone be more transparent or encouraging to other bloggers. She’s very successful in the blogging world and is not stingy with her success! I went away with some great information as well as respect and appreciation for Helene!
5// This kitty is always so eager to snuggle. She’s the sweetest!
Have a lovely weekend!

I love the quilt in the picture with your cat 🙂 We live pretty close to Disney, so we have been several times. I think my husband likes it more than I do. It brings out his inner child. Ha! Enjoy your Disney movies!

Happy Blogiverary! What a great idea for the Disney movies. We’re going to Disney World in April and it will be my niece’s first trip there, so we’re trying to prepare her by watching a lot of Disney movie that correlate to different rides. So far we’ve watched Winnie the Pooh, Mary Poppins, and The Little Mermaid.

What a fun idea to draw Disney movies out of the basket! Now, I should do this and split the movies between my husband’s guy movies and my chick flicks. 🙂 I hope you continue to have fun with all of your Disney World preparations!

What a fun idea to watch Disney movies together. I bet you’ll be prepped and ready for your big trip in no time. I’ve seen most Disney movies, but I don’t think my hubby has so I”ll have to introduce them to Olive and Kevin at the same time. I hope you have a wonderful, long weekend 🙂

I still haven’t seen some major ones like Mulan and Hercules, so we hope to get all caught up before we go! 🙂

We went to Disney World on our honeymoon and we loved it. Of course that was eons ago. We took our children in 1986 but I would love to go back for old times sake.

Paul went when he was a kid (probably the late 80’s), so it will be a new experience for him too!
