Happy Monday! I hope you had a good weekend and that you’re rested and ready for the week ahead! I had a wonderful, very full weekend – I’ll share more about it on Friday, but you can catch a sneak peak on Instagram. Since it was a busy weekend, I’ll jump right into my menu plan for the week.

It’s really good! I added some Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder and salt to the ground beef to give it extra flavor as well.

Must try those scones, as they look delish! Homemade is always better than restaurant, but your photo reminds me of the yummy Cinnamon & Raisin Biscuits from Hardee’s that I had as a kid. Our Hardee’s closed in the 1990s, but a new one just opened here. It’s amazing how so many memories are formed around the foods we eat!

You will love the scones! I only leave a few out on the plate and freeze the rest. They taste best when they’re as fresh as possible.
