This week required a lot of planning. It’s going to be a busy one with long work days for both of us, appointments and other engagements. On Saturday morning I sat down with all my planners and got everything in order. Knowing what needs to be accomplished each day makes me feel much more prepared for a busy week! Part of my weekend tasks included prepping things for the week’s meals. I’ve cooked the meat for the tacos and the chili, which cuts down on both the amount of prep time and dirty dishes for the week!

Yum! We love having yogurt and granola for breakfast. Hope you enjoy that Orzo soup as much as we did! Orzo really is such an easy, inexpensive thing to the menu. It’s so nice when you can prepare the meat ahead of time so good job. I love when I find meat on sale, can season it or cook it ahead of time and stock my freezer. Taco meat is my favorite thing to do that with. Hope you have a wonderful, busy week. I’m sure your planning will help things to go smoothly.

Okay confession, I have never made anything with orzo in it. I keep seeing pins and links and all I can thing is that I need to fix that.
