Today I’m sharing my super simple method for making a creamy and delicious strawberry peach smoothie! I experimented with a wide variety of fruit, almond milk, coconut milk and fruit juice…and found that it really only takes a few good ingredients to get great results!
One of the best things about this smoothie recipe is that you can make it with the most basic blender. I have an older version of this model that’s currently $25 at Target. (I got mine on clearance for about $10!) I don’t have the budget or the cabinet space for all kinds of special blenders and choppers – this one works great for all my needs. This smoothie can even be made in a food processor if you don’t have a blender.
Strawberry Peach Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1/4-1/2 Cup Water
- One Frozen Banana
- Frozen Peaches – use at least as many peaches as you have strawberries
- Strawberries – about 4
- Nonfat Vanilla Yogurt – 1/4-1/2 Cup, to taste (can also use Greek yogurt – you don’t need as much of the Greek because it’s thicker!)
- Optional – A Scoop of Protein Powder
Add ingredients to the blender in the order they are listed, blending with each ingredient. Pour into a glass or container and freeze for up to an hour. Stir and enjoy!

Sounds yummy! Wondering if fresh peaches would also work in this, or if they need to be frozen for consistency.

I usually prefer the texture when at least half of the fruit is frozen.
