I decided to wrap up this week with a good old 5 on Friday post! Here are 5 of my favorite moments from this week!

2// This season’s first bonfire (is it a bonfire if it’s in a fire pit in your driveway? is that just a redneck bonfire?)

3// Finding the “perfect” costume for my husband at Target – if you know him at ALL, you know he would live on hot dogs if he could!

4// This sweet kitty all snuggled up on the love seat!

5// Saturday night’s movie night in the backyard with a picnic blanket and the iPad (spending time outside is a momentous occasion for me…#imindoorsy) 🙂

  1. We had chili Monday night! 🙂 Loving this time of year! I think a bonfire qualifies as any fire outside that you can sit around. Glad you got to watch a movie outdoors, too! I’m not sure I’ve ever done that, aside from a drive-in movie when I was a kid.

    Love the hot dog costume! My mom entered a contest to win a banana costume, so we’ll see how that goes. She eats at least one banana a day, so she’s a banana superfan! Haha!

  2. Yummy chili!! I just made my first pot of soup this weekend. It’s definitely starting to feel like Fall. Good for you for hanging out outside. I know that’s not your favorite, but spending time with your favorite person probably makes it much more fun. We saw a hot dog kid costume this weekend and Olive thought it was hilarious.
