We are enjoying nearly perfect (in my opinion) weather right now. Everything is in bloom, but it’s not humid or hot. I’m savoring these few, sweet days of spring in the Carolinas!
Over the weekend we did a little bit of yard work – refreshed the mulch and replaced the bare spot in our landscaping with a tiny little boxwood.
Paul sends me pictures while he’s traveling for work – this spot is one of my favorites in the area!
And while the birds are busy in the yard, the kitties assume their position at the windows!
I know it wasn’t warm and sunny for a lot of you this week, so I hope a little peek into my surroundings will at least warm your heart with the hope that spring will come eventually! 🙂

All of these pics just get me! I love the blue plate on your tea cart wall! It’s perfect there! You all did a great job making the yard and deck lovely! Your front door just pops – such a pretty color! Thel and Peg are adorable bird watchers! Thanks for sharing all the loveliness of your home!
