
With spring just around the corner and summer quickly following, I’ve realized that it’s time to get in shape before breaking out my swimsuits, shorts, and sleeveless tops. If you’re anything like me and hate going to the gym but still want to get in shape, then this post is for you!
Recently I found several free workout videos on YouTube that I love! Personally, I’m much more motivated to workout when I know I don’t have to leave the house so free workout videos are my jam. I also love having lots of different options for my workouts so that I don’t get tired of doing the exact same thing everyday. I’ve already seen some great progress from using these videos, so you should definitely give them a try! Each video is about 30-50 minutes long and requires little or no equipment.
