Have you started thinking about what you’ll gift to the moms in your life?

I have a little roundup of ideas, all under $25! These are a collection of some of my favorite things or items that I think make meaningful Mother’s Day gifts.

Other Ideas:

  • Supper Basket with a gift card for takeout and fun paper products
  • Gift card to her favorite coffee shop – wrap it with a mug or pretty cup
  • Personalized gift box shipped right to her door

Here’s a supper basket I made for an event at work, using products from Dollar General. They currently have this fun line of lemon design paper products that would make a really pretty supper basket!

Here’s an idea for a gift box that can be shipped right to her door! This would be a great idea if your siblings wanted to do a group gift.

Aside from your own mom, there are other women in your life who you might want to remember on Mother’s Day.

  • Your mother in law
  • A friend or loved one who longs for children but doesn’t have any
  • Someone who has recently lost their mom
  • A woman who has recently lost a child
  • A woman who has been a spiritual mom to you (a mentor or godly friend)
  • Foster Parents: read more about how to support them here

That’s not to say you need to buy gifts for all those people. Especially in the case of those who are grieving loss, you could simply reach out to them with a card or even a text to let them know you are praying for them.

I mentioned mother in laws – this is a practice I learned from watching my mom. Purchase a card and have your husband sign it. If you live nearby, encourage your husband to take his mom out to eat (just the two of them). She doesn’t need to know that you were the initiator of the gift. This is a great way to love your husband and to serve him well, while also loving your MIL and making her feel special.

My prayer for each of you, whether you have zero children or 10 children, is that you will be a woman who hopes in God’s Word. It is the anchor for our souls!

Those who fear you shall see me and rejoice, because I have hoped in your word. -Psalm 119:74
