Seasonal decor doesn’t have to be complicated. I’ve found that a few changes make a big impact – especially in a small space. Such is the case with my hall bathroom (here’s what it normally looks like).
I put a new print in the picture frame and added a snowflake candle dish. Using colors that coordinate with the room’s decor keeps the seasonal touches light and tasteful.

Do you decorate for winter?
So simple but makes me smile 🙂 Just makes the house feel more festive after the post-Christmas empties.

Yep! I need simple after having all the Christmas decor out, but I can’t stand it to be so bare.

I love the winter decor. Snowmen are my favorite. Thanks for giving me some inspiration!

You’re welcome! I’m hoping to also lure some real snow to South Carolina. 🙂

I have been reading your blog for a while and today a have to comment. When christmas decoration is down, i think the rooms are looking empty, that’s why i start to decorate for winter. I love that you do the same, because no one of my friends does a winterdecoration.(I’m from Germany, so sorry if my english is a little bit weird.)

Thank you so much for leaving a comment! I’m so glad to hear from you – thanks for reading my blog! I agree, my house looks so sad and bare after the Christmas decorations are gone. Winter decor can be just as cozy as Christmas!

I have put a few Valentine decorations out this week. And my snowmen are still on display.

I have a few Valentines Day things I’ll set out soon, too. Snowmen are always good for January!
