Whew! The week after vacation is always a rough one, am I right? We survived – and with a few highlights to share! Don’t miss the giveaway at the end of this post!
1// Paul’s brother and his family were in town from New York last week. We got to see our adorable niece and nephew, and in their Halloween costumes to boot! Isn’t Ella the cutest barefoot cowgirl you ever did see? And that little Superman. Love them! 🙂
2// My Target Beauty Box came last week while we were on vacation! I love that they include makeup and skin care in their boxes. Right now I’m loving the ROC deep wrinkle night cream and the Revlon Color Stay lipstick. I’m a dedicated fan of Revlon lip products in general, so I was thrilled to get one in this box.
3// I’m so thankful for the friendships God has brought into my life recently. Most of them have come through blogging, which is something I never expected when I started this blog over two years ago. There have been several instances over the last week where I’ve been tremendously encouraged and reminded of God’s care through various friends. What a blessing!
4// In case you missed it, I vlogged a little bit during our fun trip to Disney World! I didn’t vlog during most of our meals, so head over to my post about our character dining experiences if you want to see our meals in both Cinderella’s and Beast’s castles!

Hi Jenny! I love the Target boxes b/c they aren’t subscriptions – you can purchase them one at a time, and you know what you’re getting in your box when you order it. Here’s a link to the stuff I got in my Target box: http://tinyurl.com/puoq7oh . They’ve done different ones (I think they are quarterly) including a men’s box last Christmas. They are always a great value. I find out about them through coupon sites (southernsavers.com) or when I see people posting it on social media. I recommend checking them out!

Yes the week after vacay is not for the faint of heart is it? And especially after being at Disney World where everything is just over the top!! Like you, i never imagined all the fun girlfriends I would find in the blogging world. Just icing on the cake for sure. I am determined to meet some of my blog friends in 2016…it is my New Year’s Resolution. The next time I get to Brevard I hope I can meet you in person!
