During the fall I’m all about layers, skinny pants, and neutrals.  I love being able to mix and match the pieces in my closet, so I try to stock up on plenty of items that will work well together and allow me to create a variety of outfits. I usually end up wearing a lot of the same basic pieces week to week, but I make different combinations out of them to keep my outfits fresh and interesting.

In my outfits above I have a few of my favorite pieces that I wear on the daily. My distressed skinny jeans, black and white striped tee, olive skinny pants, and brown sweater work with so many pieces in my closet. These three outfits are just an example of the outfits I can put together with these basic items – the possibilities are basically endless.

What have you been wearing this fall?

  1. I love the variety you’ve put together with classic pieces. You can’t go wrong with classics and fun accessories. I also like the way you laid out your outfits this time. It’s fun to see the details of things up close.
