I’m excited to share my simple spring update today! Y’all know I love changing the decor in my entryway with the seasons…and I had fun giving it a touch of spring!

candlesticks – antique mall
candles – ikea
print – here
tulips – hobby lobby
I like to keep the colors in my seasonal decor consistent with the color scheme already established in that room. My mom always started her spring decor with a vase of pastel tulips that matched her living room, and I thought I’d do the same with my red tulips. I hope to keep these things out until the end of April, so I kept the decorations clean and simple.
Have you decorated for Spring? I know some of my Midwest and Northern friends are still digging out from the piles of snow, but if you can clear a path to Hobby Lobby, stop in and get some tulips! (Don’t forget your 40% off coupon!)
I love the teal! I need to get some faux flowers for my place since my live ones have disintegrated into nothing!

I have to stick with faux flowers…my cat always eats the real ones. 🙂

That was a beautiful display for your Spring setting. I too, took down my icicle trees, and winter garland from the mantle. I just shopped the house and changed the iced trees for roses in square pots (four) and a spring flowered garland, along with the silver candlesticks with white candles in them (five). It looks nice, I think, and leaving no room for the Winter look.

Thank you, Nana! Your mantle sounds so pretty and spring-y! You are great at shopping your house. I bought the silk tulips for this setting, but I’m still working on my floral inventory. =)

Remember that time we went to Ikea and you picked up the display candles (or some item that had been on display) and then you couldn’t buy them? Haha good times.
