Welcome, Sweet Springtime!

I love South Carolina in the Spring! While other states are still covered in brown grass and piles of melting snow, we in South Carolina are enjoying blooming flowers and trees, warm weather…and pollen. Oh well, it’s still pretty nice!

My entry table is all decked out to welcome the season! I’ve had this pin on my Pinterest boards for several years – while the final product doesn’t exactly look like the inspiration, it got me started. That’s what inspiration is all about!

The succulents came from Hobby Lobby, and I found the rocks to fill my glass container at Target. Spring decor is never complete without some Easter candy – those malted milk candy eggs are my favorite (right, Dad?)!

  1. Hi Whitney,
I’m really enjoying your blog! It’s so sweet (and inspiring!). What a beautiful way to add some springtime into your home. I like the printable … I’ve never displayed one before, but I’m thinking about putting one in my kitchen on my bakers rack. Happy Spring!

  2. I’ve been wanting to add some succulents to my home decor for a while now. I’d love to plant some real ones on my patio and have artificial ones indoors (thanks to my herbivore cats 🙂 Looks great! I just bought my first bag of Easter candy yesterday – Jolly Rancher jelly beans are our favorite.

  3. Murmurs of gladness fall on the ear…Ha! I’ll be singing that all day! Your entry looks lovely. Yes, those malted milk balls bring memories! Now, if you’ll excuse me, I’m going to go give my throat a few squirts!
