5 Things on Friday {6.24.16}

Happy Friday! Here’s a quick roundup of 5 things I’m loving this week!

  1. On Twitter: When National Selfie Day & National Yoga Day happen at the same time.
  2. In Blogland: One of my favorite monthly linkups – the $10 at Target blog hop! It’s always so much fun to see what everyone found for $10!
  3. My Family: My parents’ anniversary ย was on Monday, and they both wrote really great blog posts giving their takeย on 35 years of marriage. Read them here:
  4. On Instagram: I made my first batch of popsicles to help beat the heat! They were good – I’m going to blend the fruit a little less next time – but still so good!
  5. Snapchat Update: I am still figuring out Snapchat, but I’m loving Kate’s snaps. She’s hilarious, her kids are adorable and as a nosy person I enjoy getting a peek into her every day life. Don’t judge me, you do it too! ๐Ÿ™‚ (She’s k8_smallthings)

Hereโ€™s my question for you โ€“ who do you enjoy following on social media? Do you follow a major online personality and pretend you’re friends? ๐Ÿ™‚

That’s it for me! Have a lovely weekend!

  1. Fun round up! I enjoyed your parent’s post on marriage, love the $10 Target Haul posts and my favorite people to follow on snapchat are: Kate from The Small Things Blog, her sister Lauren Elizabeth, Andrea from Momfessionals and Courtney Spena from A Plus Life Blog. Hope you have a wonderful weekend!!

  3. Oh, my, those popsicles look wonderful! It’s been years since I’ve made any. I enjoy following positive personalities on social media who are interested in things I like, too. It doesn’t matter if they’re a “celebrity” or an “ordinary” person. We’re all people when it boils down to it, and under the right circumstances, I think we could all be friends. ๐Ÿ™‚
