Last week I decided to tackle the mess inhabiting the bottom half of my pantry. It was so bad that I would open the cabinet, pull out what I wanted, and quickly close the door before anything fell out. Yikes! Don’t believe me? Keep scrolling.
Pretty awful, isn’t it? Surprisingly, it took me less than 30 minutes to get everything back in order. I followed the same basic organization steps that I used in my storage closet project. Ready for the finished look?
Can you believe it? I literally sigh with relief every time I open the cupboard! I know it looks like there’s not very much food in there, but I purposely left room to grow.
How can you have an organized pantry in 30 minutes or less? When you notice that part of your pantry has gotten out of control, set the timer for 30 minutes. Throw away expired food, move unused items and reorganize what’s left to fit in your space. If you keep that system going, you will never have to spend more than 30 minutes to organize your pantry! Try it!
Let’s look at the before and after one more time. Here’s what I did in less than 30 minutes…
