What's For Supper CHFCVlogtober

Although I share my weekly menus with you every Monday, I thought it might be fun to show you what a few of our meals look like when they are plated. Here’s a quick look at four of our supper meals with some special guest appearances!

I hope you enjoyed this peek into our supper routine!

  1. Yum…except for drumsticks. I just cannot eat the dark meat chicken! In fact my whole family likes the white meat so I never buy a whole chicken, opting for chicken breasts instead. Lately there have been some good sales so I have stocked up!!

  2. Do you have the recipe for the BBQ chicken legs on your site? Would this work with chicken breasts? P.S. I really enjoy your site!

    1. Hi Lorraine! I don’t have the recipe in a post anywhere – it’s one I adjust based on what kind of chicken I’m using. If you’re cooking boneless breasts it will take much less time, depending on the size of the meat. For chicken legs or thighs, I cook them at 375 for 45 minutes to 1 hr – depending on the size. 🙂
