March 2019 In Review

I hope you’re not too settled into April, because today I’m looking back to the highlights from March!

#1 Referee Wife Life Road Trip

It’s not officially spring without a little Lacrosse road tripping! This season I accompanied Paul as he refereed two lacrosse games in one trip – one in North Carolina and the other in snowy, frigid Virginia.

The bonus to this trip was spending the night at my parents’ home and getting in a shopping day with my Mom!

#2 Spring Outfits

March had such mild weather with cold mornings, so I got to enjoy lots of days with leggings and layers! I am loving the jean jacket I found in the girls’ section at Target – this is an XL and is perfect for petite frames. 🙂

#3 Sister Date in Asheville

I got to meet up with my sister for a Monday brunch and shopping date in one of our favorite cities – Asheville, NC! We had a delicious brunch at Another Broken Egg Cafe and then hit the Asheville Outlets. Fun times!

#4 New Glasses

After 5 years of the same frames, it was time for a new pair of glasses! I went to America’s Best and had a really good experience with them! The eye exam was $50, and the cost of my frames + lenses was comparable to somewhere like Walmart. My glasses were ready even earlier than expected and I never had to wait long in the office.
