5 Things on Friday {5.22.20}

Happy Friday!

#1 I’ll start this week’s round up of highlights with last Saturday. Paul loves to Frisbee golf and often plays alone just for the exercise. For the second time in our history, I joined him on the course – the first time was 10 years ago at the beginning of our dating relationship. 🙂

Definitely a perk of living in South Carolina – our landscaping is all lush and green right now! And you probably know that I didn’t actually play frisbee golf. I just walked along with him and took boomerangs for Instagram. 🙂

#2 We enjoyed another slow Sunday with online church and breakfast. I made the Krusteaz Wild Blueberry Muffin Mix – they are the best!

#3 Paul ordered these solar lanterns for our deck, and we were able to enjoy them a couple evenings this week. They have several settings – my favorite is the soft white that flickers like a candle, and Paul loves the slowly changing color mode. 🙂

These lights are not cheap (I would have just picked up solar stakes from Dollar Tree 🙂 ), but they are pretty fun.

#4 Finally! I haven’t seen my sister since the end of February – I’m not sure we’ve ever gone three months without seeing each other. We met up in Asheville one night this week, but since North Carolina is still pretty closed down we got curbside takeout and ended up spending 2 1/2 hours in the parking lot, eating, talking and laughing.
