I moved my Gramma’s tea cart to a new spot around Christmas last year, and I’m having so much fun decorating it for the seasons! I love the traditional Southern “bar cart” style decor and it’s fun to have a place that doesn’t have to be functional – it’s all for show.

Since we don’t drink (and my Gramma would be horrified to know I called this a bar cart), I call it a tea cart. š Whatever it’s called, it was fun to pile several of my favorite spring decor pieces all together for a festive pop of color!

I’m displaying two of my favorite DIY projects on the white plate:
Have you set out any Easter or Spring decor? I have a few other touches around the house, but this is my favorite!

Yes, Grandma would be thrilled! They purchased that dining set while living near Hickory, NC, around 1966/1967.

They don’t make them like they used to! It’s all held up so well.

Very pretty! Just wondering, since you moved the tea cart , do you have another furniture piece where it was in your dining area? I love home decor and enjoy seeing how others decorate. Have a blessed day.

Hi Wanda! Yes – I played a bit of musical chairs with my furniture. š I put my new black bookshelf where the console table used to be (the one that had the shutters on it) and moved that console table where the tea cart used to be. Ha! The console table I’m talking about is the first picture in this post – it fit perfectly in the new space!
