This month flew by! It was one of those months where we didn’t have anything special going on, but each day was pretty busy from morning until evening.
Paul has been very busy with college officiating – he referees women’s volleyball and lacrosse – and I find that when his schedule is full, so is mine. Here are the highlights from March!

One weekend my sister and her family were traveling through on their way home from vacation. We met up with them at a new restaurant that happened to be next to a little park set up like a football training camp.
The boys loved running around after being in the car for several hours, and we had a lot of fun watching them do all the “exercises.” This was their pose for “on your mark, get set, go!” ๐

They love Uncle Paul!

I’m working on updating my spring wardrobe – I feel like the styles have changed a good bit in the last couple years and I needed to refresh a few things.
My sister helped me put together an inspiration board on Pinterest with outfit ideas. I used that along with the blog post I mentioned a few weeks ago as my shopping guide and have found several great pieces!

My local Ross store had several tops from Loft, which I’m thinking is a new thing. Along with those I found some really affordable layering pieces at Walmart!

- Open Front Cardigan in Gray

With our busy days I’ve really leaned in to the practice of resting on Sunday that I talked about in this post. One thing I enjoy is coloring these Scripture prints while listening to music.

Spring is definitely here and while I’m not ready for the humidity and heat that’s coming soon, I’m very glad to see things all green and blooming again!

I found myself reflecting back on a lot of “this time last year” situations, as you probably did too. The precious thing about that is the reality that God’s faithfulness carried us through the past and it will carry us through the future!
Those who look to him are radiant with joy; their faces will never be ashamed. Psalm 34:5
Here’s this month’s addition to my Hymns of Comfort series – watch to the end to hear an “Amen” from my piano bench companion. ๐

You are adorable. I am going to check out WalMart and Ross. I really need to refresh my wardrobe too. I always seem to reach for the same comfortable things hanging in my closet.
