This week’s menu came together so quickly! We haven’t had ground turkey in a few weeks, and there were a couple dishes I knew I wanted that called for beef or turkey. Due to my schedule, Friday night’s supper doesn’t happen until at least 8 PM. By then I’m starved and need something quick and easy. The seafood nacho recipe below was perfect for that!
Watch my grocery haul below to see the best deal I’ve ever gotten on BBQ sauce, plus a sign that the most wonderful time of the year is here!
On The Menu
- Banana Bread
- Eggs & Bacon
- Avocado on Toast
- Seafood Nachos: I made my Quick & Spicy Nachos with Crab Meat, but you could also use this super quick recipe
- BBQ Chicken Legs in the Slow Cooker/Corn on the Cob/Buttered Parsley Potatoes
- Extra-Easy Lasagna/Salad/Garlic Toast
- Mexican Mac and Cheese/Toasted French Bread
- Sloppy Joes/Corn on the Cob/Garlic Oven Fries
- Date Night 🙂

Yum! I love all quick breads – banana, pumpkin, cranberry. So yummy! And we haven’t had sloppy joes in a really long time! Need to add that to an upcoming menu!
Pumpkin muffins are coming up this week – can’t wait! 🙂
Stopping by from Org Junkie. I started a meal planning group board and I am looking for contributors. https://www.pinterest.com/kimorwig/meal-planning-group-board/
I would love to join the Pinerest board! Thank you for the invitation!
I am making banana bread this week too! One loaf for this week and one loaf to take to the beach next week! Thats right…a whole week at the beach and I can hardly wait!!
A whole week? Wohoo! Hope you have a great time!
Love Banana Bread for breakfast. I’ve got some ripe bananas right now so I’m always debating whether to freeze them for smoothies or make a treat with them. I get excited when I have lasagna on the menu. Looking forward to watching your haul 🙂
Banana Bread is one of my hubby’s all time favorites…I’ve made it SO many times in the last 4 1/2 years. 🙂
