Easy Meals for Busy Times

I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend! Now that Thanksgiving is behind us, it’s full throttle into Christmas. There’s so much to pack into the next four weeks that it almost makes my head spin. As we all know, no matter how busy we get – we all still have to eat three meals a day! This week I’m putting my slow cooker to work for me with several suppers that will be ready for me when I get home at the end of the day. If you need even more quick meal ideas, here’s a short video with a few more!

I’m breaking from my “new” posting schedule this week – tomorrow I’ll be back with a fun giveaway from a sweet friend!

  2. These are great ideas for easy meals! The chicken and dumplings is perfect for this time of year and the BBQ sliders and mac and cheese sounds yummy! I need to start stopping in Aldi! I didn’t realize they sold fresh produce!

  3. I am running late today!!Tis the season to be busy isn’t it? I am making Poulet de Normandy this week. ( Fancy name for chicken dressing with soup and cheddar cheese on top!). I am going to divide the big casserole into two small ones so we can freeze one for later this month.
