5 Things on Friday {April 2018’s Highlights}

I am not even kidding when I say this – where did April go? I feel like this month just flew by. For the most part I stayed close to home – as evidenced by highlights #3 and #5! 🙂

1// Date Nights

2// The Becoming Conference – a fun day spent with my mom! We had the most gorgeous view for our picnic lunch. Our favorite workshop was All She Wrote Notes‘ hand lettering & chalkboard class!

3// Spring Cleaning – so far I’ve deep cleaned our bedroom and re-organized my home office. It feels so good!

4// Favorite Outfits – (I’m sharing my thoughts on my spring lifestyle wardrobe in today’s From My Heart Friday video)

5// Funny Cats – I’ve captured some cute pictures of the cats this month and I have to share! 🙂

  2. April zoomed by for sure! It’s been challenging starting a new job, but I have a great group of co-workers. The weather was pretty blah, so it was easy to focus on work. Now that May is here, things are heating up. Glad you got away for a fun outing, and I love the lettering you’ve been doing! That looks like fun and is so pretty!

      1. The schedule just got a bit easier, and now I’m on summer break. Going back in the fall will be a challenge again, but I’ll readjust my bedtime a few weeks prior.
