Welcome to my 2023 Christmas home tour! I had so much fun decorating this year, and I’m excited to share it with you today.

My little ranch home has an open concept living area. Here’s the view from the kitchen bar counter, out into the living room.

I love displaying my Columbia Inn sign every year. The one I have isn’t available any longer, but here’s a similar version on Amazon.

I thrifted this Blue Willow bowl for $2.50 earlier this year. Can you believe that? I saw the same piece priced at $55 in an antique store.

Here’s my “big” purchase of the year – this $60 6.5 foot pre-lit tree from the At Home Store. I used a set of thrifted Waverly curtains as my tree skirt. Although I wanted a rattan tree collar, I didn’t want to pay $40 for it. I placed a basket next to the tree that will invoke the same texture look as the tree collar.

I kept the living room decor simple with touches of gold, green, and white and incorporated them into my existing blue and white pieces.

Everything is on timers so that the lights come on just as it begins to get dark. I love these smart plugs for my Christmas trees. They work with an app or your smart home devices.

I can’t resist sharing a peek at my home office. I love the colors in this room!

Here’s a peek at one of the bookshelves in my office. I’ll post a full tour of this room on Instagram soon.

Thanks for coming along on the tour!

Decorating my home and then soaking up the Christmas coziness all December long is something I absolutely love. What is your favorite thing about this time of year? Whether it’s decorating, shopping, watching Christmas movies, baking, wrapping gifts, or listening to Christmas music, I hope you’re able to find a little time to enjoy it.
And also… “This season, in the midst of all the celebrations and gift-giving, be careful to remember that at the center of what we celebrate is one game-changing, life-altering, hope-giving reality: grace is a person, and his name is Jesus.
Jesus is God’s redeeming grace, given to those who without Him would have no hope in life or in death. Now that’s worth celebrating!” –Paul Tripp, Come Let Us Adore Him

It’s so beautiful and cohesive with your blue and white touches! It’s also cozy and inviting. I love that shelf in your office with the box of ornaments. They give vintage Christmas vibes. Thanks for the tour! 🎄🏡

Whitney, I love your Christmas decorations! So many beautiful little touches to enjoy…and even a kitty sighting! BTW could you tell me where you got the basket next to your big Christmas tree? Enjoy your festive home❤️
Jenny, I’m so sorry that I missed your question! Honestly I can’t remember where I got that basket. I find a lot of good ones at Dollar General, thrift stores, and Home Goods. ❤
