I’m wrapping up June with my favorites from the month. I’ve got a bunch of things from a wide range of categories. Let’s jump in!

Memory Favorites:

It’s amazing how much fun you can pack into 24 hours! My two favorite weekends from June were these – the quick trip Paul and I took to Hendersonville and my sister’s 24 hour visit. They were simple times with people I love, and it doesn’t get much better than that (unless we’re at Disney, obviously). 🙂

Scripture Favorites:

Let the whole earth sing to the Lord! Each day proclaim the good news that he saves. -1 Chronicles 16:23

You faithfully answer our prayers with awesome deeds, O God our savior. You are the hope of everyone on earth, even those who sail on distant seas. -Psalm 65:5

But may all who search for you be filled with joy and gladness in you. May those who love your salvation repeatedly shout, “God is great!” -Psalm 70:4

So we don’t look at the troubles we can see now; rather, we fix our gaze on things that cannot be seen. For the things we see now will soon be gone, but the things we cannot see will last forever. -2 Corinthians 4:18

Household Favorite:

Mini Glass Bowls: We stopped at a kitchen store during our weekend in Hendersonville, and I picked up a set of little 3 oz. “pinch” bowls. These are the ones you see on cooking shows where they’ve pre-measured the seasonings for the cook, but they are perfect for holding ketchup, BBQ sauce or any other condiment.

We had a set of plastic ones that Paul uses for almost every meal that needed to be replaced. These are perfect! Here’s a similar option on Amazon, and you might even be able to find them at Dollar Tree!

  1. I love those little pinch pots. We have a set of stainless steal ones and they’re so handy. Glad you were able to get away and see family.
