Today I have a big round up of meal ideas for you. In this post I have 25 breakfast, lunch, and supper ideas to give your meal planning some inspiration.
Among the many new things in my life these days, I’m learning to cook for a family of five! I’m trying a mix of the usual meals I would fix for Paul and I along with things my kiddos request.
Here’s a big list of the things that have been eaten and enjoyed by (almost) everyone in our family.
On The Menu
Breakfast:
- Cereal
- Yogurt and Granola
- Scrambled Eggs and Cinnamon Rolls
- Fancy Berry Peanut Butter Toast
Lunch:
- School Lunches: Ham and Cheese Sandwiches, PB&J, Pizza Rolls
- My Lunch at Home: Salads with Chicken, Steamed Veggies, Leftovers
- Weekend Lunches at Home: Chicken Nuggets, Mac and Cheese, Homemade Pizza, Hot Dogs, Tacos
Supper:
- Creamy Ranch Chicken (I do mine in the oven at 350 for about an hour)
- White Castle Sliders
- Quick Beef Chili
- Make Your Own Tacos: I set out taco meat and all the toppings with their choice of hard shell, tortilla, tostada, or tortilla chips
- Blackened Chicken Alfredo – I cook my chicken the way she does here, then add it to jarred alfredo sauce and noodles.
- Cheesy Chicken Noodle Casserole
- Texas Toast Pizzas
- Cheeseburger Soup
- Pan Fried Turkey Sausage with Mac and Cheese
- BBQ Beef Cups
- Del Monico Chicken

I write my meal plan on my Happy Planner and make a note if the meal is a success with at least 3 out of the 5 of us. Tacos are a 5 out of 5 winner, so we have those every week! I’m slowly building a good list of family favorites. ❤

I love that you rate the meals so you know what should be in the rotation again/more. Again, so happy for your family, I love following along!
