Here’s what we ate last week!
Breakfast:
- Deluxe Avocado Toast: Whole Wheat Bread, Avocado, Cherry Tomatoes & Crumbled Feta
- Fancy Peach Toast: Whole Wheat Bread, Goat Cheese with Honey, Sliced Peaches
- Cheerios & Peaches
Lunch:
- Me: Leftovers!
- Paul: Hot Dogs, Chicken Nuggets
Supper:
- Bacon Cheeseburger Calzones (I use regular refrigerated pizza dough) – once with corn on the cob, once with spinach salads
- Deluxe Chicken Salads – with chicken marinated in balsamic vinaigrette and grilled
- Mexican Shredded Chicken Tacos (I used my roasted chicken and made this on the stove top)/Refried Beans
- BBQ Turkey Cups/Corn on the Cob/Fruit
- Parmesan Ranch Chicken/Mashed Potatoes/Garlic Green Beans
- Supper At Applebees – because sometimes it’s too hot to cook!
