Cooking is so much fun right now! While I’m working from home, I am able to prep meals early in the day or cook things in the oven that would normally take too long for a weekday. It’s so nice to make a menu knowing that I’m cooking for both of us every night and that we’ll be able to sit down to eat at the same time.
Shopping for two weeks at a time is really working well. I still have to do a small trip on the second week for things like milk and produce, but it makes me feel better to know that I can basically feed us for two weeks with one trip to the store.
