Strawberry Peach Smoothie {Recipe and Tutorial}

Today I’m sharing my super simple method for making a creamy and delicious strawberry peach smoothie! I experimented with a wide variety of fruit, almond milk, coconut milk and fruit juice…and found that it really only takes a few good ingredients to get great results!

One of the best things about this smoothie recipe is that you can make it with the most basic blender. I have an older version of this model that’s currently $25 at Target. (I got mine on clearance for about $10!) I don’t have the budget or the cabinet space for all kinds of special blenders and choppers – this one works great for all my needs. This smoothie can even be made in a food processor if you don’t have a blender.

Strawberry Peach Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1/4-1/2 Cup Water
  • One Frozen Banana
  • Frozen Peaches – use at least as many peaches as you have strawberries
  • Strawberries – about 4
  • Nonfat Vanilla Yogurt – 1/4-1/2 Cup, to taste (can also use Greek yogurt – you don’t need as much of the Greek because it’s thicker!)
  • Optional – A Scoop of Protein Powder

Add ingredients to the blender in the order they are listed, blending with each ingredient. Pour into a glass or container and freeze for up to an hour. Stir and enjoy!
